Fall Camp Day 5 Notes

August 7, 2018

Oregon's football squad made a trip North to Portland on Tuesday. To what most refer to as 'Oregon's second home.' AKA, Nike U.

Phil Knight is one of the Ducks top donors and on Tuesday he granted Oregon permission the use of his Cristian Ronaldo field for practice. The sidelines were littered with media and employees of Nike hoping to catch a glimpse of this year's team.

Last year Oregon struggled on the road and that's a big reason why Mario Cristobal took his act up North. Oregon was 1-4 last season in road games, which doesn't include the Las Vegas bowl loss, and Cristobal hoped to fix that glaring issue.

The Ducks were in full pads today which included some hitting and even some 'Oklahoma.'

The Oklahoma drill was seemingly the highlight of the day. In this detailed report from Rob Moseley he talks about Dallas Warmack, Penei Sewell and Steven Jones all having strong reps.

Jevon Holland, who has had an INT in every practice to date saw that streak end Tuesday in Portland. Steve Stephens however snagged one of his own.

The Ducks are off tomorrow for a day of rest and recovery. Oregon will be back at it Thursday morning in Eugene.
