Practice Report 9.11

On Tuesday Oregon resumed practice. Wrapping up the win over Portland State and now looking ahead to San Jose State is key for the Ducks.

Neither was or expects to be a real test for Oregon but the Ducks prepare nonetheless.

As usual, Oregon editor Rob Moseley attended practice in its entirety.

From his report there wasn't a ton to make heads or tails of.

Oregon linebacker La'Mar Winston returned to action in a red non-contact jersey. Winston missed Saturday's contest so his return was a welcome surprise.

Additionally offensive lineman George Moore, who left Saturday's game early, returned in limited action per his report.

Brenden Schooler was listed as 'or' with Johnny Johnson in line to start. Schooler was 4/4 this weekend with no drops and has pushed his stock up with his limited role.

The bulk of the report was centered around Jim Mastro and his work with the running back group. Pass protection continues to be a point of emphasis along with trying to define roles for Oregon's sea of running backs.
