Burch to Transfer

March 13, 2019

A member of the original “FlOregon’ movement has decided to leave Eugene. After Willie Taggart’s arrival to Oregon he targeted Apopka (Fla.) athlete Demetri Burch and ultimately signed him as part of the 2017 class.

Since then Burch has struggled to find the field at receiver. His biggest contribution to date was running scout team QB ahead of Arizona acting as Khalil Tate.

The 5-foot-10, 180-pounder has also struggled to find the field already this Spring and has decided to transfer.

At the time of his commitment he had scholarship offers from Louisville, USF, Kentucky and others.
