The Oregon staff continues to push the envelope finding key targets in all classes. Just last week Oregon landed a commitment, its first from 2022 running back Jaydn Ott.

This week Oregon adds its second class of 2021 commit in Narbonne (Calif.) athlete Anthony Beavers Jr.  The 6-foot-2, 195-pound defensive athlete joins teammate Seven McGee as the two Oregon commits in the 2021 class. Oregon also signed offensive tackle Jonah Tauanu’u out of Narbonne last year in the 2019 class.

Beavers already has offers from national powers like Georgia, LSU, FSU and others. He is the nation’s No. 110 ranked player in the 247Sports Composite. He is the No. 12 ranked athlete in his class nationally.

With the Spring game coming up this Saturday, Oregon is hoping to use this commitment as a big recruiting tool with the 50+ recruits expected on campus from the class of 2020 and beyond.
