Five Thoughts: Oregon's Win over Oregon State

Just win baby. 

That’s literally all that needed to happen Saturday. There were no style points to be had for Oregon, nothing to gain from blowing OSU out by 45 points. It wouldn’t have made one difference in anything other than fans emotions.

That’s it. 

And at the end of the day, Oregon is 10-2 to finish out the regular season, playing for a conference championship title and a chance at a Rose bowl. That’s a pretty special thing for a group that has been through so much.
