ScoopDuck Ratings on Newest Oregon Commits

Mario Cristobal and company have been on a tear on the recruiting trail. In the last two weeks the Ducks have pulled in four new commitments and continue putting together one of the top-ranked classes in the Pac-12. 

As Oregon pushes towards a top class, we take a moment to rate each one of the new commits.
