Oregon has established a strong recruiting footprint in Southern California and Arizona under Mario Cristobal. And that influence extends beyond working with high school coaches and into the fast-growing realm of 7-on-7 football.

Among the region's 7-on-7 powers is Proway in Calabasas, which has developed plenty of talent for Division 1 colleges and even the NFL. And among Proway current prospects is cornerback Cole Martin, a 5-10, 175-pounder from Hamilton High in Chandler (Ariz.).
