Director of Player Personnel Hot Board

One of the surprise moves of the ‘offseason’ was the recent announcement from director of player personnel Thomas Arends to leave the program. While Mario Cristobal has made multiple hires in the past few years at this position, many expected Arends to stick around for a bit. 

In the end he decided a different career path was best for him and now it leaves Mario Cristobal with a position to fill. 

The director of player personnel wears many hats.
