Oregon Promotes Don Johnson to Director of Player Personnel

Mario Cristobal has rewarded one of his current staffers with a promotion. One of the key jobs in the recruiting/personnel department is having a director of player personnel. 

A couple weeks ago Thomas Arends stepped away from his position at Oregon to move into real estate. 

Don Johnson has been with the program in a different role this past season. He’s been the director of high school relations at Oregon. This will put him in a bigger role which will also add to his workoad.

Oregon recruited and signed the top-ranked class in the Pac-12 and one of the top classes nationally. The director of player personnel position plays a huge role in this part for head coach Mario Cristobal.
