Highest Graded True Frosh QB's

July 27, 2017

Last season Justin Herbert was thrust into action hoping to spark some signs of life into the Oregon offense.

Unfortunately for him his first battle test was a really good Washington defense. But Herbert performed admirably and most importantly grew as the season went along. Now he's primed to have a very strong sophomore season at Oregon.

A new offense that will be run-based will give him an opportunity to not have to carry the team and add pressure to his plate.

Last season Herbert became a star of college football. In fact, according to pro football focus, he was the top graded true freshman quarterback in the country.

With an overall grade of 82.8, Herbert led other notables such as Shea Patterson, Jalen Hurts and Shane Buechele of Texas.

Will his sophomore season be even better?
